- Shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
- Early Learning Supplies Pty Ltd (ELS) is not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages once items have been shipped. Please contact the courier service directly for assistance.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation. After 30 days, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds.
- You must wait until you have written confirmation from ELS confirming acceptance of return. We WILL NOT accept returns without written confirmation of acceptance from ELS.
- Any unauthorised returns sent to ELS will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. ELS may request photo evidence.
- If items returned are not in a resalable condition, even with ELS’ initial authorisation, returns will not be accepted and sent back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.
- All shipping costs for return items are at the customer’s expense.
- Once your return has been received, inspected and approved/rejected for a refund or exchange, we will notify you by email.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. If you haven’t received the funds in your account, please contact your bank.
